William E. Howard, Jr., loving son, brother, and father, passed away on April 9, 2024, in Lucasville, OH, at the age of 58. Born in Portsmouth, OH, on February 23, 1966, to William and Anna Howard, attended Piketon High School, and later became a laborer in the construction industry.

A man of simple pleasures, William found joy in playing the guitar, listening to classic rock 'n roll tunes, and expressing his creativity through drawing. His artistic spirit and love for music will always be remembered by those who knew him.

William will be dearly missed by his two children, William Howard III and Sara Ann Howard, as well as by his brothers and their spouses, James and Orlena Howard, and Joey and Michelle Howard. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom share fond memories of his kind and gentle nature.
