Virginia Belle Adkins

Virginia B. (Nee Halley) Adkins, 86 years old, Minford resident, peacefully passed away Saturday, May 21, 2022, at Concord Nursing home in Wheelersburg.

She was born December 25, 1935, to the late Charles A. and Gracie M. Halley.

She is survived by her two loving sons and one daughter in law, Kevin N. & Sherry Thacker of Wheelersburg and Allen S. Thacker of Minford; eight grandchildren: Philip S. Pennington(Angel) of Tuscarawas, Johnathan E. Thacker of Columbus, Jeremy C. Mullins(Joanna) of Ashland, Ky., Jessica D. Perkins(Christopher) of Hillsboro, Stephanie K. Comer(Matthew) of Minford, Jeffery K. Thacker of Quinlan Tx., Tylon M.

Staggs of Lucasville, Michael A. Staggs of Wheelersburg; and 15 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Juan L. Adkins; two sisters, Evelyn F. Halley and Alma D. Evans; three sons: Philip V. Pennington, Keith E. Thacker and Dale W. Thacker; and one grandson, Brian K. Mullins.
