Steven Tylor Miller, age 28, passed away on April 11, 2023, in Portsmouth, Ohio. Steven was born December 8, 1994, to Linda Anderson and Shannon Miller. Along with his parents, Steven is survived by a daughter, Katarra Judith Miller, two brothers, Shawn Anderson and Scott Anderson, and many other friends and family members. Steven was a gentle soul who loved his daughter, video games, and his friends. Steven enjoyed his work as a construction flagger and previous work as an inventory specialist.
