She was born on October 9, 1947, in Knoxville, KY, and resided in Portsmouth, OH 45662 at the time of her passing. Shirley was known for her kind-hearted nature, radiant smile, and unwavering love for her family.

Growing up in Knoxville, Shirley possessed a deep sense of humility and an innate nurturing spirit. Despite her formal education ending at the eighth grade, she wholeheartedly embraced her role as a housewife, dedicating herself to creating a warm and loving home for her three children: Roger Scott, Jeff Scott and Jennifer Scott. She also enjoyed spending her time with her loving grandsons, Jeremy and Joshua.

Shirley was the epitome of selflessness, always placing the needs of her family above her own. She found fulfillment and purpose in tending to the daily needs of her loved ones and ensuring their happiness and well-being. Her dedication and unwavering support created a solid foundation for her children to thrive and grow into remarkable individuals.

Within her close-knit community, Shirley was admired and respected for her compassionate heart. Whether it was offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or a homecooked meal, she was always there to lend support and bring solace to those in need.
