Raymond "Pooch" E. Cottle, 78, of New Boston, OH, passed away peacefully from natural causes on March 9, 2025. Born on September 2, 1946, in Portsmouth, OH, to Raymond and Daisy (Nee Morrow) Cottle. Pooch lived a life filled with love, adventure, and dedication to his family.

A proud veteran, Pooch served in both the US Navy and the US Air Force, demonstrating his commitment to his country and embodying the spirit of service. After his military service, he became a skilled pipefitter with Local 577, where he spent many years contributing his expertise to the construction industry.

Pooch was a true outdoorsman who cherished the time spent fishing and hunting. His joyful spirit and love for nature brought him great happiness, and he often shared those passions with friends and family, creating lasting memories in the great outdoors.

He is survived by his loving brother and sister in law, Mike and Debbie Cottle, and sister and brother in law, Rose and Dan Lodwick, both of Wheelersburg, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pooch was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Daisy (Nee Morrow) Cottle, sister and brother in law, Sandy and Gary Faulkner, and nephews, Tim and Todd Faulkner.

A private family celebration of life, will be held at a later date.

As we say goodbye to Pooch, let us remember his laughter, his kindness, and the warmth he brought into our lives. He will be dearly misPsed but forever remember.
