Paul "David" Howard, 77 years old, Sciotoville resident, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and loved ones on Thursday, October 5, 2023.

David was born August 3, 1946 and was a long time member of Local 83 Labor Union. His favorite pastimes was having a well tended lawn and watching MSNBC News, with his favorite show being Morning Joe.

David was the son of the late Clifford and Gladys Howard of Sciotoville. Also preceded in death by three brothers: Donald, Bobby and Kenny Howard, one sister and brother in law Marie and Paul Stone, one son Danny Stidham, one grandson, Quintin Howard and a great grandson, Legend Weatherwax, and his first wife, Paula King.

David is survived by his life long companion, Deatra Howard of Sciotoville, one brother, Larry Howard of Minford, two sons: Paul (Samantha King) Howard of Wheelersburg, David (Sharon) Howard of Jackson, four daughters: Malissa (Matt Patrick) Howard of Sciotoville, Deatra Lynn (Chris) Leslie of New Boston, Marvina Howard of Wheelersburg, Nariah Howard of Sciotoville. David has seventeen grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchild, one great great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.

A small celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2023 from 2:00 to 5:00 at 5111 Wilson Street, Sciotoville, OH 45662.
