Patricia Finch, age 75, of New Boston, Ohio, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2025. Born on July 2, 1949, to the late William and Cleo (Nee Cooper) Barb. Patricia was a vibrant soul who touched the lives of many with her warm spirit and infectious smile.

Patricia was known for her love of family and the joy she found in gatherings. She treasured every moment spent with her loved ones and was the heart of many joyous occasions. Her passion for life extended to her leisure activities; she was an enthusiastic card player and found great pleasure in dancing at the local dance hall.

In addition to her joyful spirit, Patricia dedicated much of her life to caring for others. She was a beloved babysitter and childcare provider, nurturing the next generation with love and patience. She enjoyed scripture learning often reflecting in her relationships with everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her work ethic was unmatched; she also spent time bartending, where her friendly demeanor and never-judgmental attitude made her a favorite among patrons.

Patricia is survived by her daughter Crystal (Dewayne) Moore, adopted daughter, Pamela Taylor, brother, Lawrence(Barb) New Boston, OH, sisters: Margaret (Steve) Taylor of New Boston, OH, Constance Daugherty of Toledo, OH, grandchildren: Madison Dryden of Franklin Furnace, OH, Tabitha (Brandon) Wilson of Washington Courthouse, OH, Sebastien Moore of Jackson, OH, great- grandchildren: Averie, Landon, Laykin, Blaze, and Legend, along with many nieces and nephews and dog Susie.

Ms. Finch is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband, Charles Finch, brothers: Phillip and Michael Barb, and one sister, Peggy Browning.

A Celebration of Patricia's Life will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM, at New Boston Community Center, 3980 Rhodes Avenue, New Boston, OH 45662.
