KIGAR Lawana "Dawn" Kigar (Nee Mullins) Longtime Portsmouth Lawana "Dawn" Kigar (Nee Mullins), 36 years old, longtime Portsmouth resident, passed away peacefully on September 22, 2021. Dawn's favorite time was spent being a Mommy and playing with her children. She enjoyed crocheting, fishing, hunting and country music. Dawn was know from her friends as always being there to help in their time of need. Dawn is survived by her two children, Zach and Willow, both of Portsmouth, her Mother and Step-Father, Vickie and Kenny Cronin of Sciotoville, one Brother and Sister-in-law, Chris and Amanda Mullins, of Wheelersburg, one Sister and Brother-in-law, Nikki and Josh Denton, of Morristown, TN, one Step-Brother and Sister-in-law, Willie and Alisha Cronin, of Minford, one Step-Sister and Brother-in-law, Stephanie and Chris Neu, of Portsmouth, Father, James "Mike" Mullins, of Portsmouth, Grandmother, Shirley Mullins, of Portsmouth, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
