Kay "Casey" Howe, 74 years old, of Rosemount, (formerly of Debary, Florida), went home to be with the Lord, on December 23, 2022 in her home. She was born to the late Thelma (Lykins) Riley on April 30, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio.

Casey worked as a receptionist for many years. She enjoyed visiting the beach, her family, her cats and bird. She was a member of the American Legion Post #23 and the Moose Lodge of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Riley, husband Jerry Howe, Sr., and one sister, Shauna Porter.

She is survived by her two sons: Jerry "Jay" (Becky) Howe, Jr. of Portsmouth, Michael (Tina) Howe of Portsmouth, four sisters: Brenda (Alfred) Hale, of Minford, Jackie (Len) Mayhew, of Sciotoville, Betty (The late Lee) Lewis, of Portsmouth, Carlos (Larry) Lauder, of Slocum, one brother, Tommy (Kay) Riley, of South Shore, KY, two grandchildren: Christina Howe of Georgia and Hayley Howe of Portsmouth, and two great grandchildren of Georgia, several nieces, nephews and friends, here and in Florida.

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 29th, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM (NOON).

Funeral Service immediately following at 12:00 PM (NOON), all at FC Daehler Mortuary, 915 Ninth Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662.

Burial immediately following in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pastor Andy Ramey will be officiating.
