Johnny Righter

Johnny "Blair" Righter, Jr., 37 years old, Portsmouth resident, formerly of Frederick, MD, peacefully passed and went home to be with the Lord and all those that went before him.

Blair enjoyed movies, gaming, cooking, art, and was passionate about drawing. He especially loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Johnny Blair Righter, Sr., and his brother Joseph Chandler Righter, Sr..

He is survived by his loving Mother, Donna (Nee Barnes) Righter, of Portsmouth, two brothers, Jason Allen Righter and Justin Ross Stout, both of Hagerstown, MD, one nephew, Joseph "Jo Jo" Chandler Righter, Jr., many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.
