Jill Ruth McClure, born October 19, 1941, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November 8, 2023.

She was born to the late John and Margaret Gormley. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Shawn Kendle.

Jill was loved by all that knew her and her witty personality lit up every room.

She is survived by her five children: Tracy Kendle McKenzie (Dave) of Portsmouth, Ohio; Ronda Palmer of Portsmouth, Ohio; James Kendle (Amy Day) of West Union, Ohio; Tonya Norris (Doug) of Cape Coral, Florida; and Mark McClure (Nicole) of CIncinnati, Ohio. She is survived by eleven grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings: Jack (Barbara) Gormley; Joyce Tyson; and Jan (Donna) Gormley.

The family would like to express their gratitude to her second family at the USSA Adult Day Center. They brought so much joy to her life.

A special thanks to the SOMC hospice support team for making her last few days comfortable.

There will be a Celebration of Life at the family's discretion.
