Jeremy Ryan Thomas, a beloved lifetime resident of Scioto County, Ohio, passed away on July 9, 2024, at the age of 40. Born on March 23, 1984, in Portsmouth, OH, Jeremy was a laborer in the construction industry. 

Jeremy cherished his time outdoors, finding solace in fishing, hunting, and camping. An avid farmboy, he found joy in the simple pleasures of nature. He shared a deep connection with his faith, often found reading the bible that he inherited from his late mother. In his leisure time, Jeremy enjoyed watching professional football and basketball, particularly supporting the Dallas Cowboys. He also had an affinity for playing the video game Skyrim.

Known for his infectious and goofy laugh, Jeremy was a kind and compassionate man who always sought to bring smiles and laughter to others. He leaves behind his father Scott Thomas and his sisters Nancy Caudill and Courtney Eldridge, nieces, nephews cousins and friends.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Eldridge, and brothers, Michael Thomas and Larry Dean Thomas.
