Doris Eileen Roe (Cooper) 96 of Stout, left her earthly home to enter God's beautiful eternal life on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. Born on August 10, 1926, in Greenup Co. Kentucky to the late Letha Marie McGlone and Lester Benson Cooper.

On February 22, 1947, she married Randall H. Roe, they were married 56 years, until his death in 2003. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter Sherry Denise Cales, Sisters Nettie Marie McClain and Emma Jean Howland.

Doris and Randall were blessed with two daughters: Angela J. Roe and Sherry D. Cales. She is survived by one daughter Angela J. Roe, Grandchildren, Sherry J. Duede Hogan (Fred), Angie D. Dotson (Dave), Ralph G. Cales (Renee), Randall N. Cales (Jessica), Great Grandchildren, Erika K. Duede Cox (Drake), Isabella S. Cales, Bella M. Dotson, Isaac S. Cales, Great Great Grandchild Hadley R. Duede and several Nieces and Nephews.

She was saved and baptized at the South Portsmouth Ky. Church of Christ but last attended Gateway Church of God in Portsmouth, she served the Lord for 75 years and often talked about being a Sunday school teacher, and sharing her walk with the Lord to many friends, family and strangers.

Visitation will be held on Monday February 13, 2023, 12:00 PM (Noon) - 1:00 PM.

Funeral Service immediately following at 1:00 PM, all at FC Daehler Mortuary, 915 Ninth Street, Portsmouth, OH.

Burial in Friendship Cemetery in Nile Township. Pastor Larry Hammond will be officiating.
