David Lee Rawlins 69,of Portsmouth passed December 18,2024 at SOMC Hospice with family at his side.

David was an accomplished artist. Art and music were his passions. David managed several convenience stores in Cincinnati and Scioto County before becoming a DSP.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Harlen and Rosemary (Nee Cornett) Rawlins and a stepson Chad Smith.

David is survived by his wife Linda, Brother James Rawlins, sister Debby (David) Oaks. Stepchildren Leslie (David) Jewell, Joshua Smith, Timothy Sparks, Megan Sparks. Grandchildren Katie, Darren, James, Christopher, Aubrey, Alyssa. Nieces Ansley and Kitson. Nephews Michael, Kenny and several loving cousins and cherished friends.
