Danny D. Srofe, Sr., 74 years old, of Lucasville, Ohio, passed away March 26th, 2024 at SOMC Hospice center, while surrounded by his loving family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary Angeline "Ann" (Nee Craycraft) Srofe, who he married in South Shore, KY, April 20th, 1968.

He is also survived by his two children, Danny Darrell Srofe, Jr. of West Portsmouth, Ohio and Tamatha Grigson (Robert) of Minford, Ohio, and one grandson Joshua (Rebekka) Williams of Minford, OH, one granddaughter, Laura (RJ) Hayes of Franklin Furnace, OH and three beautiful great grandchildren: Rowan Williams, Myles and Kyran Hayes, and one brother Jon (Sue) Srofe of Rosemount, OH.

Dan loved fishing, boating and motorcycles, and especially loved time with family and friends. He loved attending church when his health would allow.

Dan was a hard working man that loved to work outdoors. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for coal mining companies.

A private Memorial Service is being planned for a later date with family and close friends. Dan will be missed by all.
