Clerinda Gale (NEE Howard) Vincent, 62, of Wheelersburg, passed away Saturday November 4, 2023, at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth.

She was born on October 20, 1961 in Portsmouth, the youngest daughter of the late Richard and Lillie Howard.

Surviving are her three children: Julie (James) Carroll of Jacksonville, FL, Amber Cheatham of Wheelersburg, and Brandon Vincent of Circleville; six grandchildren: Ethan Muck, Ashton Collins, Carter Vincent, Knoxton Carroll, Braxton Carroll and Kaidence Vincent; four siblings: Richard Howard, Brenda Shade, Nellie Alley, Helen Belat; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and their families.

In addition to her parents, Clerinda was preceded in death by three siblings, Shirley May, Robert Elam and Betty O'Neil and her baby girl, Nicole.
