It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carol Roseanna (Nee Williams) Boehm, a beloved mother and grandmother, on December 10, 2024, in her hometown of Portsmouth, Ohio. Born on February 24, 1965, to the late Robert Williams and Carol Jean (Nee Shump) Kelley. Carol lived her life with a passion for family and the beauty of the outdoors. She was known for her vibrant spirit and the joy she found in every moment spent playing with her grandchildren.

Carol took great pride in her work as a welder at Sheltons, where she brought the same dedication and diligence that she showed in her family life. Although she pursued college credits, her true education came from the experiences she shared with her daughters - Stacey, Ashley, and Shana - who were her greatest treasures. Together, they created countless memories, rooted in laughter and love.

Those who knew Carol will remember her cheerful smile as she tended to her garden, planting flowers that blossomed with the same love she gave to her family. The joy she found in the simple pleasures of life - the warmth of sunshine, the beauty of blooming flowers, and the laughter of her grandchildren - will forever echo in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Surviving Carol is her three daughters: Shana Parker of West Portsmouth, OH, Stacey Williams of Portsmouth, OH, and Ashley Williams of Portsmouth, OH; Brother Tony (Ashley) Williams of West Portsmouth, OH, eleven beloved grandchildren: Natalia Damron, Kiara Damron, Aiden Damron, Talyn Parker, Mikey Lampkins, Mekhia Lampkins, Mykel Lampkins, Mykah Lampkins, James Mullins, Darion Dunn, and Nykyran Dunn.

Carol is preceded in death by two brothers: Bobby Williams and Jefferey Williams, along with one grandchild, Mekhi Lampkins.
