Bruce Simmons, 64 years old, beloved Father, Brother, and Son, went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, December 1, 2022.

He was a 1976 graduate of Central High School and played basketball for Manly Junior High School. Bruce was an employee at University of Cincinnati as a custodian and lived in Covington Kentucky. Bruce accepted Christ at a early age and attended Centennial Olivet Baptist, Louisville, Kentucky under the Late Rev. Wilson.

He is preceded in death by his Father, John Mathews.

Bruce is survived by his beloved Mother, Barbara Simmons, loving Sister, Shelia Thomas and loving Brother Calvin Simmons, and devoted daughter, Brittany Jean Hardy.

Celebration of Life Service is pending at Hathaway-Clark Funeral Home in Louisville, KY.
