It is with heavy hearts, that we bid farewell to our beloved Bobby Ledford of Lucasville, on December 26, 2023, at the age of 50, after a short battle with cancer. Bobby was a loving husband to Angela (Nee Brown) Ledford and a pillar of strength and love to all who knew him. His departure from this world leaves an irreplaceable void in our lives.

Bobby led a life defined by kindness and compassion. His heart overflowed with love, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. His faith in Jesus was unwavering, finding solace in the teachings of John Hagee.

Among his favorite pastimes, Bobby found great joy in the thrills of NASCAR, the tranquility of hunting and fishing, the freedom of boating, and even the playful excitement of playing the lottery. Yet, beyond these amusements, it was the time spent with his precious grandchildren that truly made his heart sing. They brought pure joy and a sparkle to his eyes, creating cherished memories that will forever be treasured.

Bobby derived immense satisfaction and fulfillment from his work and his relationships with his co-workers, whom he considered his second family. Their bond was inseparable, supporting and bolstering each other through the highs and lows of their professional lives. Bobby's dedication to his job was admired by all, and his unwavering commitment left an indelible mark on the hearts of those he touched.

In his devotion to Angela, Bobby consistently showed his love in the most thoughtful ways. He delighted in leaving her flowers and tender love notes, reminding her of his unwavering affection. Their love was a testament to the enduring power of love and the importance of nurturing a relationship filled with kindness and tenderness.

Bobby is survived by his devoted and loving wife Angela, loving father and step mother, James and Kim Ledford of Dayton, OH, his loving mother and step father, Joyce and Terry Murphy of Stout, OH, three step sons: Charles Brown of Columbus,OH; Brandon Breech of Wellston, OH; and Austin Williams of Lucasville, OH; two siblings Corey and Natalie Murphy, both of Stout, OH and two grandchildren: Leia Brielle Garrison and Layton Bryce Carr.

He was preceded in death by two brothers: Donnie Lee and Jack Kelly Ledford.

As we gather to mourn Bobby's passing, we find solace in the certainty that he has now found eternal peace in the loving embrace of our Heavenly Father. His unwavering faith and unshakeable conviction brought him comfort and strength, giving him a sense of fearlessness as he faced his final journey.

Bobby Ledford will forever reside in our hearts as a beacon of compassion, love, and unwavering faith. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his legacy continue to inspire us to be better, to love more deeply, and to cherish every precious moment we are given.
