Bette Marie (Nee: Dickey) Westbrook, lifetime Portsmouth resident, passed away peacefully on March 10th, 2021. Bette was a former teacher at Woodrow Wilson - Portsmouth City Schools and a member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church, Portsmouth, OH. Private services will be held at a later time.
